This is a two day course covering all aspects of food hygiene supervision as required by current legislation and accredited by Highfield Qualifications awarding body for compliance in the UK and accepted by the MCA.  Aimed at Chefs and those in a supervisory capacity and provides more advanced knowledge and understanding as required in the supervisory role.
