This course covers all aspects of food hygiene supervision as required by current legislation and accredited by Highfield Qualifications awarding body for compliance in the UK and accepted by the MCA. Aimed at Chefs and those in a supervisory capacity and provides more advanced knowledge and understanding as required in the supervisory role. The course includes online modules for home study followed by one day classroom based and the final exam.
