This course covers all aspects of food hygiene supervision as required by current legislation and accredited by Highfield Qualifications awarding body for compliance in the UK and accepted by the MCA.  Aimed at Chefs and those in a supervisory capacity and provides more advanced knowledge and understanding as required in the supervisory role.

This course can be done in the classroom over two days with a final exam on the second day or the morning of the third day (depending on level of the student).

You can also do this course by online modules for home study followed by an online invigilated exam.
